A short memoir of John Moore’s childhood and youth  will be published in the goodenoughcaring Journal on March 1st, 2020. The piece is  extracted from  John’s fuller memoir A Yorkshireman Remembers. For many years John and his wife Heather looked after a house of children  at St. Christopher School, Letchworth. Sadly John died on January 13th, 2020, aged 95 years in Torquay. Heather pre-deceased him.
